Our apartments are carefully selected, impeccably-designed, and fully-outfitted to cater to the needs of the professional seeking both style and convenience. All of our apartments are decorated with modern interiors while many include special quality touches such as Nespresso coffee makers, keyless entry and Smart Home assistants.
In each of the cities we service, our Client Experience teams provide on-going guest support by arranging for cleaning services, handling property maintenance issues, and managing payment processing services.-We are available over phone, email, and through our Guest App to find important information about the property, neighborhood, local services, and to communicate with us quickly and efficiently -- at no additional cost to the guest.
All of our properties are provided at the most competitive prices (30%-50% cheaper vs. hotels of similar standards). The prices listed on the website include only the rental cost. Upon request, we can offer our guests an all-inclusive monthly package that includes additional services such as cleaning, utilities, common fees, etc. We don't charge any management fees for our services.
Our minimum rental period is 7 Nights. However, upon request, we can accommodate corporate guests for shorter stays in specific cities.

Yes, all apartments have actual photos, unless indicated differently. In this case the photos will show a similar property in the same building, area, or with the same layout and with similar furnishings (and will be indicated as such).
We show multiple photos of each apartment and provide details to limit the need for viewing. However, if a viewing is necessary for you please reach out to our sales team who may be able to arrange one depending on the apartment vacancy and building rules.

Most of our buildings are pet friendly, though restrictions apply based on size and breed or specific property limitations.
Cancelling before move in
30+ days prior to move in: 100% refund
0-29 days prior to move in: 1 month's rent credited for a future booking with check in date on or before the end of the current calendar year, but not within 30 days of the original check in date. Applies only for bookings without a prior property viewing
